After registering on our registration form, you will receive a team registration confirmation, a club login to My Team and a team fee invoice.

The registration is registered as soon as payment is made.
Class enrolment is binding.
Important dates:
Team registration
The deadline for class registration is 1 April. Registration is binding after this date.
The class fee payment will be collected when your enrolment is approved and registered.
Registration of participants.
Deadline for participant registration is 30 April.
When booking participation fees after this date, we cannot guarantee the delivery of T-shirts in the requested sizes.
All players, coaches, managers and others must be registered to receive wristbands for the event.
1 Coach/leader per team will be credited to your invoice.
For teams staying overnight, a deposit of DKK 500.00 will be charged. The deposit will be refunded immediately after the event after approval of the venue at check out.
Cancellation:
Cancellation of registered participants can be made until 20 May.
In case of cancellation - after this date - or no-show, the participation fee will not be refunded.
Damage and insurance:
A participant is responsible/liable for damage/destruction committed on or off the course.
It is the club's responsibility to ensure that the club's participants are insured both on and off the course.
