Changing rooms:
Teams staying overnight at the school must also change there. Teams staying at the campsite must change at the campsite. Until Sunday at 12.00 noon, 2 changing rooms will be reserved in the clubhouse for use by campers. Teams travelling home between game days can use the changing rooms in the clubhouse.
Changing and showering after the matches on Sunday takes place in the clubhouse.
Washing the game suit
If your team wishes to have their kit washed between Saturday and Sunday, Madsby Girls Cup refers to
Fredericia Coin Laundry, Gothersgade 47, 7000 Fredericia, Denmark.
Arrival by train.
For teams arriving by train to Fredericia and accommodated at Kirstinebjerg Skolen (Departments Indre Ringvej and Havepladsvej) and Erritsø Fælleskole (Departments Krogsager, Højmosen and Bygaden) and Fredericia Skolen, a shuttle bus will run from the railway station to the schools on Friday between 16.00 - 18.00.
Please notify us of your arrival time to sek@madsbypigecup.dk no later than 10 May. We will then notify the coaches of your arrival.
T-shirts
Upon arrival, this year's Madsby Girls Cup T-shirts will be handed out to the participants.
This is done at check-in at the event office, where you will also receive a participant wristband.
Award ceremony
As teams are knocked out of the tournament, there will be a medal/prize ceremony on the clubhouse balcony.
There are gold medals for all participants and personalised prizes for first and second place in each level.
There is a trophy for the teams that win the finals,

Pennants
There is a tradition of clubs exchanging pennants at competitions. Remember to bring pennants from your club. Teams can exchange pennants at the referee's draw.
Balls for warming up
Remember to bring your own balls for warming up.
Participant wristband:
The participant cards are handed out as wristbands at check-in for the event. There are different participant cards. These must be worn throughout the event - also during the matches.
A and B cards cover Friday and Saturday night accommodation.
C-card covers Saturday night accommodation.
A-card covers all meals from Friday evening through Sunday lunch.
B-card covers all meals from Saturday morning through Sunday lunch
C-cards cover all meals from Saturday lunch through to Sunday lunch.
D-cards cover event attendance and lunch on Saturday and lunch on Sunday.
E-card covers event participation without accommodation and meals.
