Upon arrival at the schools, you will be assigned your room.
Overnight teams are accommodated in classrooms and gyms at the schools. When there are multiple teams from the same club, they are always accommodated at the same school.
We reserve the right to gather several teams from the same club in the premises. Of course, we take the age of the teams into account.
At each school, there are rooms for male coaches and managers to stay overnight.
Accommodation rules
On arrival, an overview of the chairs and the position of the tables is made before they are put aside. On departure, they must be put back in their original places.
We encourage you to take a photo of the room setup upon arrival.
Remember that there must be an escape route of 0.5 metres in front of windows
Before departure, you must clean up yourself
- Empty rubbish bin - Black bags are available from security
- Closing windows
- Draw the curtains
- Make sure all chairs are hung up or placed on the tables.
- sweeping/vacuuming the floor
- Switching off the light
Leave cabinets, drawers, notice boards and whiteboards alone.
Smartboards must not utilised.
Beer and strong drinks are not allowed in schools
Smoking is not allowed in schools
Get the room approved by security before travelling.
Ball games in the corridors are prohibited
The corridors must be quiet by 23.00
At least one manager over the age of 18 must stay overnight with the players.
We encourage teams to bring an extension cord to charge mobile phones.
Do not use plugs for smart boards. If the room's smart boards do not work when school starts up again, the club will be liable for a fine of DKK 1000.00.
Check in at the schools can be done from Friday at 17.00
Check in at the schools can be done from Saturday at 07:00.
Check out on Sunday must be done by 18:00 at the latest.
