Team check-in must be done in Madsby at the event office. You will find the event office in Madsby by the clubhouse.
Check-in is available from 15:00-21:00 on Friday and from 07:00 - 09:00 on Saturday.
Before you check in, remember to fill in your team card on the link you received with your confirmation.
Friday: Two-part check-in
On Friday, our check-in is twofold.
Remember to pick up your wristbands before you eat, as they are required to enter the dining tent.
- Check-in and wristband pick-up takes place at the event office
- T-shirts will be handed out on Friday from the newly built clubhouse. (T-shirts can be picked up on both Friday and Saturday).
This way, everyone can get their wristbands and get to the dining tent faster.
Are you arriving on Saturday?
For teams arriving on Saturday, there will be both check-in and t-shirt distribution at the event office. Check-in must take place before the first match, as all players at the Madsby Girls Cup must wear a participation wristband.
There will be no sales of kiosk goods etc. at the schools, so remember to bring supplies from the kiosk in Madsby.
